As Rosie and I tackled the hill together this morning, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. Her journey from a cautious thoroughbred to a trusting companion has been incredible.

In those quiet, eye-to-eye moments, there’s a real conversation happening. It’s a chat without words, where love and trust do all the talking.

That’s the magic of rescue. It’s not just about giving a horse a second chance; it’s about the deep friendship that blossoms between you. Together, celebrating every step, every breath, every shared look that conveys so much more than words ever could.

Rescue for me is not just about saving a life; it is a part of the life we are designing. It’s about the joy of walking through life’s highs and lows together and the daily practice of restoring just a little faith in humanity in this crazy world.
